Legal conditions
The techmark-configurator.com website is not subject to digital accessibility obligations under the Act of April 26, 2024 on Ensuring that Business Entities Meet Accessibility Requirements for Certain Products and Services and the Act of April 4, 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities, as it is not an e-commerce service or service of a public institution.
Nevertheless, with a focus on comfort and equal accessibility for all users, we have willingly brought the site up to the guidelines of the WCAG 2.2 standard at the AA level, ensuring a high level of digital accessibility.

Techmark Sp. z o.o. ensures the accessibility of its website techmark-configurator.com in accordance with the WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
The website complies with the WCAG 2.2 standard at level AA.
Compliance assessment method
Compliance was assessed based on:
- an automated audit with the Skynet Technologies Accessibility Checker tool (report dated June 13, 2025),
- self-assessment by the project team,
- technical corrections made by the development team based on the audit results.
Corrective actions
All problems detected by the testing tool were analyzed and addressed, including:
- the contrast of texts that had too low values was increased,
- improved the structure of headings in modal components,
- the mask icon was adjusted to meet the requirements of browsers and contrast.
Some issues pointed out in the report (e.g., elements with 0% transparency) were classified as false positives, since in the active state they fully meet accessibility standards (e.g., black text on a white background).
A list of corrective actions taken in connection with the audit is presented in Appendix 1, “Skynet Technologies Report Evaluation.”
