TECHCODE RFID OFFICE AND TOOLS CABINET WITH S.3 SYSTEM
TECHCODE RFID cabinet can be used to deposit, register and control circulation of all types of items, that can be identified with the tags e.g. tools, spare parts, working clothes, documents, electronic items, keys etc.
TECHCODE RFID cabinet with registration functionality is operated in the S.3 System. TECHCODE RFID Master (M) cabinet is a central element of the S.3 System. Other elements forming the System include among others: readers, controllers, antennas, applications, software, etc.
S.3 System is provided with the following functionalities:
- adding tagged Resources to the System, specifying the Resources using different types of Characteristics (e.g. name, inspection date, expiry date, etc.) and registering circulation of the Resources
- creating and defining any number of the accounts assigned to the Users, to whom different authorisations were granted
- assigning different Statuses of the Resources by the System Administrator and introducing amendments to those Statuses e.g. by the Users (e.g. into: “to be repaired”, “to be disposed”, “to be inspected”, “to be analysed”, “worn-out” statuses, etc.)
- automatic registration of Events (collections and returns)
- remote control over the cabinets and the System by the Administrator, as well as real time access to all data 24/7 all year round.

TECHCODE RFID Master cabinet is equipped with:
- RFID readers for proximity identifiers (Mifare 13,56 MHz)
- tablet used as a touch screen (approx. 10 inches) to operate the cabinet’s Application. Using the login and a password it is possible to open the cabinet’s door.
- RFID UHF accessories for automatic reading of tags, with which Resources deposited in the cabinet are marked (reader, antenna, etc.)
- 4 adjustable shelves
- side lighting in the cabinet’s interior.
When you purchase the TECHCODE RFID cabinet with the S.3 System, you also get the Application and Zasobnik software manuals, as well as help desk assistance.
At extra payment you can also:
- customise the cabinet’s interior e.g. by equipping the cabinets with the special holders for specific items, tools, etc.,
- equip the cabinet with other additional elements e.g. monitoring camera, RFID readers compatible with identifiers using different frequency, printer to print out information pertaining to the Events, that has been performed,
- create so called the Cabinets Block i.e. add further cabinets to the S.3 System, which are compatible with the TECHCODE RFID Master cabinet. Each block comprises 1 Master cabinet + up to 3 additional cabinets. Additional cabinets are no separate products, as the Master cabinet is required to provide their operation,
- use extra services e.g. hosting, customised configuration of the System or introduction of customised modifications, integration with other systems implemented by the Customer.
Lockers are painted with all RAL colours.
Delivered lockers are completely assembled.
